What will happen after I purchase a membership?


After you purchase a membership, you will schedule a day and time for your initial new client appointment with your matchmaker which can be conducted from the comfort of your home via Zoom (which is a free video conferencing service and you don't need a Zoom account to use this) or at an arranged meeting location if you live in the Los Angeles area. You will then be emailed a link to a short form to fill out and include 2-3 clear photographs of yourself, before your scheduled Zoom appointment so that your matchmaker has your basic information for your charts before the appointment. After your appointment, your matchmaker will begin the process of finding you a match and you will be contacted when a match or matches have been found. You will then be shown photographs of your match(es) before any further arrangements are made.




How long does the process of finding a match for a client take?


After your new client appointment with your matchmaker, the process of finding an appropriate match for you typically takes one week to two weeks. It's important to be patient during the process. We strive for quality of matches, not quantity and often your first match will be a very strong one. So it's important that we get it right the first time. Frequently we will find more than one person at a time who is a soul level match for you, and if this happens we will give you the opportunity to meet each person at no extra charge.




Do I have to live in the Los Angeles area to use this service?


We are now an international matchmaking service due to an overwhelming response we received from people around the world. You can now live anywhere in one of the countries on our list, and will be able to participate in Stars Align Matchmaking. We have access and connections to single, high-quality individuals all over the world and distance will not affect our ability to find you a quality match. The new client appointment with your matchmaker is conducted through Zoom and subsequent contact is conducted through telephone, Zoom, text, facetime and email.




Why do I need to be coached before I meet my match? Shouldn't just being myself be enough?


It’s very important that you are yourself during the dating process, however we want you to be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. You wouldn’t run a marathon without training for it first, right? Well the same can be said for dating and any activity in life. You will also feel more confident before each date, having a few simple tricks that you can easily apply. We want you to be as successful as possible during this process, because your success is our success. That is why it is very important to receive guidance before you meet your match and throughout the entire process. You'll be able to request dating guidance whenever you need it during the dating process and will feel more empowered and that you are not doing this by yourself.




If I purchase a membership that includes more than one match, when will I meet each match?


The process of finding your first match typically takes one to two weeks because quality is important to us and it's very important that we get it right, the first time. After you have met your first match, it is your choice if you would like to meet the other matches or not. It's completely up to you. Simply tell your matchmaker that you would like to meet another match and the same process will start all over again. If you do not want to meet another match, you can tell your matchmaker that you would like to hold off on meeting anyone else for the time being, and you have up to 2 months (with the Diamond Membership) 4 months (with the Platinum Membership) and up to one year with the VIP Platinum Membership, to request to meet another match.




If it works out with my first match, or if I decide I don’t want to continue, can I get a refund for the remainder of the package I purchased?


If you do not want to meet anyone else either because you don't want to continue going forward or because it worked out really well with your first match, you can suspend meeting anyone else for up to 2 months (with the Diamond Membership) 4 months (with the Platinum Membership) and one year with the VIP Platinum Membership, and during that time you might change your mind. For any membership purchased, you have up to seven days from the date of purchase to request a refund.




Why do I need to give my real birthdate and full name?


Many people like to take off a few years from their age when they're dating, and this is understandable. However for Stars Align Matchmaking, it's very important that you give us your accurate birthdate and full name as it appears on you birth certificate, because we use your astrological and numerological charts to help us find an amazing match for you. We cannot run your charts without having this information as accurate as possible. Even a few days off will make a huge difference and can impede the process. We want you to get the most out of your money and out of this service, because your success is our success. So we kindly ask you to be as accurate as possible when providing us with this information.




What will happen if you are not able to find a match for me?


In some rare cases, we are not able to find matches for our clients whom we consider to be "soul level" matches. The quality of people we match you with is so important to us that if this happens, we will not arrange any matches for you and you will be issued a refund. If we are able to deliver one or some of the matches in your membership but are not able to find matches whom we consider to be soul level for the remainder of your membership, you will be issued a partial refund. We also guarantee your satisfaction with the match(es) chosen for you, or we will find you another match. For any membership purchased, you have up to seven days from the date of purchase to request a refund.




What will happen during my new client appointment with my matchmaker?


Your matchmaker will first answer any questions that you might have. She will then go over some key findings from your astrological and numerological charts regarding relationships and love. She will then ask you some questions to gather more information regarding your lifestyle, dating preferences (what you're looking for) and dating history. After your appointment, your matchmaker will begin the process of finding a high-quality match for you which typically takes one to two weeks. You will then be contacted when a match or matches have been found, and will be shown photographs of your match(es) before any further arrangements are made. If we are not able to find you a match that we consider to be high-quality and "soul level," then we will issue you a refund.




What will happen if I’m not satisfied with my match?


We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your match, we will arrange another match for you. For any membership purchased, you have up to seven days from the date of purchase to request a refund.




Will I be matched with people who live next to me?


That is completely up to you. You get to determine the size of your dating radius and the furthest distance you’re willing to date someone.




How much do matchmakers usually cost?


Most matchmakers charge thousands of dollars for their services. We wanted to make our services accessible not only to our wealthy clients, but also to busy professionals. So we included the Quartz Membership which is very affordable to most professionals and does not cost thousands of dollars. The price of this package will most likely increase in the near future but at the present moment the price is lower. This way more busy professionals will be able to use our services and find an amazing partner, with a satisfaction guarantee.




Is it better to use a matchmaker or an online dating website?


Research conducted in 2015, and published by eharmony.com found that only 20% of couples in committed relationships meet through online dating websites or dating apps. Those statistics are very low considering how many people use these methods. This research indicates that dating websites and dating apps don’t work and are a waste of time and money for most people looking for long term relationships.




Can I be matched with someone who lives in a different country than me?


You can choose the size of your dating radius within your current country/countries of residency, but we will only be able to match you with people who live in the same country/countries of your residency. We will make an exception to this if you own property of businesses in multiple countries and are a frequent world traveler.




Why is matching someone using their astrological birth chart so much more comprehensive and different than just matching someone by their zodiac sign?


What we do is very different than just matching you with people based on your zodiac sign. We analyze your comprehensive astrological birth chart and your numerological birth chart, and compare them to potential matches who fit the criteria that you give us. This is much more extensive and in-depth than what other matchmaking services do or than by just simply matching people based on their zodiac signs. Using this comprehensive method, we can pin point features such as exactly how psychically and mentally attracted you will be to a potential partner, how likely you are to have a long term versus short term relationship with them, potential positives and negatives of each union, and so much more. What is Zoom and is it free?


Zoom is a free video conferencing service that you do not need an account to use. To use this, we will simply send you a link in an email and all you have to do is click on the link and your video appointment can be conducted on any device that you have.




What is your refund policy?


We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your match, we will arrange another match for you. For any membership purchased, you have up to seven days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

If we are not able to find a match(es) for you, you will be issued a refund. If we are able to deliver one or some of the matches in your membership but are not able to find matches whom we consider to be high-quality, for the remainder of your membership, you will be issued a partial refund.
